Here is how the process works based on the sources:

1. Pre-Building Setup

Before using the builder, agencies must populate their Resources section. This includes adding details for Destinations (with specific activities), Accommodations (hotel partners and pricing), and Transportation (fleet and pricing). Personal branding, such as company logos and typography, should also be configured to ensure the final output is professional.

2. Defining Trip Information

When creating a new trip, the user starts in the "Trip Info" tab of the Trip Builder:

• Unique Trip ID: The system automatically generates a unique ID for every itinerary.

• Client Details: Users enter the client's name, phone, and email to create a unique quotation.

• Trip Basics: Details such as trip title, destination, start date, duration (nights), and number of passengers (PAX) are defined here.

• Financials: The user sets the trip cost and can toggle a specific button to "Include GST in Quote".

3. Planning the Schedule

In the "Itinerary" tab, the system uses a "Plan Your Schedule" interface. Users can:

• Select Destinations: Quickly add days to the trip by selecting from pre-saved destinations.

• Automated Content: The builder pulls in pre-configured descriptions and activity lists for each destination, eliminating the need for manual typing.

4. Managing Logistics

The "Logistics" tab allows for the dynamic selection of resources:

• Accommodation: Users click "+ Add Hotel" to select from their pre-configured hotel partners.

• Transportation: Users click "+ Add Transport" to select specific vehicles and transfers for the trip.

5. Instant Export and Delivery

Throughout the building process, a Live Preview window displays exactly how the final proposal will look. Once satisfied, the user can:

• Export as PDF: Generate a professional, ready-to-send document instantly.

• WhatsApp Integration: Send the completed itinerary directly to the client via WhatsApp for faster turnaround.
