How do I add my own hotel and transport resources
To add your own hotel and transport resources to the ViaKashmir platform, you use the Resources section located in the main sidebar menu. Populating these sections allows you to dynamically select your specific partners and fleet when building itineraries.
Adding Hotel Resources (Accommodation)
Navigate to the Accommodation tab under the "Resources" section in the sidebar.
Click the + Add New Accommodation button.
In the dialog that appears, enter the following details:
Hotel Name and City.
Standard Room Price (Per Night).
Extra Bed Pricing (which can be added as a separate line item).
Photo Reference: You can upload a photo of the hotel to be used in your proposals.
Click Save Accommodation to store the resource.
Adding Transport Resources (Transportation)
Navigate to the Transportation tab in the sidebar.
Click the + Add New Car button.
In the "Add Car" dialog, provide:
Car Name (e.g., Toyota Innova, Swift Dzire, or even Shikara/Horses).
Price (INR) for the service.
Click Add Car to save it to your fleet.
Once these details are saved, they will be available in the Logistics tab of the Trip Builder, where you can click "+ Add Hotel" or "+ Add Transport" to instantly pull these pre-configured resources into a client's quote
